We don't count calories so we give you an extensive range of Proteins (including Vegan options), Vegetables, Carbs and Fats. Average calorie intake will be around 600-800 per day but remember, these foods are based on their nutritional value to nourish your body so that will mean they are low in calories too!
A typical menu will be:
Snack: Yoghurt with Berries
Lunch: Chicken and Salad Wrap
Snack: Crackers with Avocado & Boiled Egg
Dinner: Grilled Fish with Vegetables
While we encourage fresh produce, you can replace this with frozen or tinned choices.

While we don't encourage you to count calories or weigh your foods, it is a low calorie diet. Our focus is more on the nutrients and fuel that our approved foods will give your body without the stress of counting calories.
